How Often Should You Detox?


It’s no secret that our world has turned into a toxic soup.




Whether it’s our air, water, food, or the various consumer products that are ubiquitous in our life  - our world is increasingly toxic and it’s one of the top causes of our health problems.




Patients often ask - “Doc how often should I do a cleanse?”




Here is my opinion which is based on considerable experience.




At least once per year and as much as once every 3 months (4-times per year).




One of the best things you can do to improve your health and protect your results is to assist your body in eliminating health disrupting chemicals.




A good detox program doesn’t force the body to dump toxins, but rather enhances the function of your body’s detoxification pathways.  As well, a good detox program works to reset your metabolism.




You should of course do your best to reduce your exposure, however it’s no longer possible to adequately detox your body without the help of quality detox programs.




Remove the toxins so your body can do what it’s designed to do…
