How Often Should You Check Your Labs?

You can’t improve what you don’t measure.

One of the worst ways to monitor your health is based on how you feel.

Now that you’re on the right path to lifelong health, it’s important to keep an eye on your physiology.

Running comprehensive labs on yourself has never been easier or cheaper.

You should take advantage.

Here are a couple of tips.

  • If you’re not feeling well, check your labs

  • You should run comprehensive blood work at least once per year, and ideally twice.

  • Run specialty labs that were critical to your initial care at least once per year to make sure all is normal and stable.

What you measure improves and you can’t fix something if you don’t know it’s broken.

As you move forward be proactive and vigilant.

And Remember…
